PS3, Grand Turismo 5
Supplied on Thursday last week by Snook was GT5 the prolouge, ( i cnt spell btw)
I thought it was fitting to write about it on my first post, because well..... I LOVE IT
we all know that the Grand Turismo series is fantastic, but even I who loves it, somtimes has his doubts about a newer version.
If any of you have played the prolouge you might agree that the menu's are exactly fantastic, especially after the world map in GT4, but lets just remember this is the prolouge and their is bound to be changes in the real game which is coming out eairly next year, i am 90% sure that the menu will be changed dramatically,u have my word.
Anyway back to the game,i had it for a week now and sadly i had to give it bak eairlier today, i already miss it heaps and its been less then a day.
You dont get a huge amount of cars but thats expectible for a prolouge, i still love it alot :D, in a week of game play i still didnt clock it and even if i did i would have still played it over and over again, plus you can save up $2 mill for a Ferarri F1 car, which i sadly didnt have the chance to drive :(
Their is three classes for racing, C being the easiest and A being the hardest, some of the time trials you really must work hard, esspecially in the slower cars, but hey who am i to complain, after all challengers keep you busy .
All time favourite car must have been the Aston DB9 (ofcourse), that may be because i just genrally like Astons but when you hear the rawr of the engine you will agree.
A little tip would not be to start with any car untill you have really thought it over, look at the races in C class and see what car you actully need, its easier then picking a car that may seem fast, but in the end you wont nessacerally need it and you will have to save up again for somthing you do need, my hint would be the Honda Integra type R for your first car, either that or the Cappacino (but that is slow as all F**k),
either way oyu will need both of them.
I love the fact you only need a podium position to win the class but i also love that you still feel like you need to win everything,so you end up doing everthing until you win anyway :D
Its a real shame my PS3 isnt connected to the net, due to other difficulties, because i could have had the experiance of playing against people, or viewing all the possible areas of the game, but i spose thats why i have other friends that have a PS3 which is connected to the net.
What i love about this game is the never ending things you can do, all different varieties and ways of doing things, because if your like me who gets sick of games really easy, you'll love this!!
Its a real shame i wasnt able to drive everything but if their is anyone here that has, please let me know :D
For a first topic, apart from the spelling errors, it went well i think :D. Please let me know what you think of the game or if you have any other questions.

I was born n' raised a PS3 hater, I will tell you that, but if any game were to make me get one it'll be the final version of Gran Turismo 5.
Re: PS3, Grand Turismo 5
